City of Dreams 2013-2014 Pavilion Group Entry
If you plan to submit a design proposal for the City of Dreams Pavilion as a team (more than one individual), the entry fee is $80. We encourage submissions from architects and designers at any level. This entry fee will be applied to the costs of building and maintaining this project.
The City of Dreams Pavilion will be a gathering place for people to meet, learn about the arts programs on the island, be able to enjoy a planned or impromptu performance or lecture, and experience the interaction of art and the historic context of Governors Island. Our theme for the pavilion, the City of Dreams, points toward the future. If we imagine a future New York City where anything is possible, what would it look like? In our wildest and most optimistic dreams, what is the future of the city?

If you are a current registered student, and you plan to submit a design proposal for the City of Dreams Pavilion, the entry fee is $20. We encourage submissions from architects and designers at any level. This entry fee will be applied to the costs of building and maintaining this project.

The fee to enter is a non-refundable $10 tax-deductible donation to FIGMENT, which will be applied to the costs of building and maintaining the Minigolf Course.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLINE TICKET SALES HAVE ENDED AS OF 6PM ON TUESDAY, APRIL 3. A LIMITED NUMBER OF TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR AT 6PM ON APRIL 4 FOR $95 EACH. PLEASE ARRIVE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE TO MAKE SURE THERE ARE STILL TICKETS AVAILABLE.
As FIGMENT is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, tickets for this event are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. All but $20 of each individual ticket (so, $75 for one ticket) will be tax-deductible.
