TIPS & TRICKS GUIDE: DETAILED PROJECT TIMELINE

• Submissions open: February 1, 2011
• Project submission deadline: May 1, 2011 (11:59pm ET)
• Notification of acceptance/rejection/how to fine tune your project: starting March 15, 2011
• Island Visit Plan Friday April 22 (tentative date) – a small group of FIGMENT staff will be with you on the island to answer questions. This is a good time to look at locations and get your questions answered
• Island Visit Plan Friday May 20 (tentative date) – the full FIGMENT staff will be on the island and will be able to answer any of your placement questions
• Installation and setup start: Monday June 6, 2011
• Installation completion: by Thursday June 9, 2011
• FIGMENT Weekend: June 10-12, 2011
• De-Installation begins Monday June 13, 2011
• De-Installation completion: by Thursday June 16, 2011
